No. Guidera uses non-renewing passes. You buy a pass, it lasts for the duration, and it expires — no surprise charges. You can purchase a new pass anytime.
Purchases are made through Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's instructions.
All your app data (descriptions, tours, preferences, audio cache) is stored locally on your device. Go to Settings within the app and use "Delete All My Data" under the Storage section to remove everything. The app also uses anonymous analytics (Firebase) to help us improve the service — see our Privacy Policy for details on what analytics data is collected and how it is handled.
Guidera requires an internet connection to generate AI descriptions and audio narration. Previously generated content is cached locally on your device for faster access.
Guidera's AI can generate descriptions and narrations in multiple languages. You can change your preferred language in the app's Settings.
